Candle Care
For best results with Citta Candles,
-Trim wick to 1/4th before every burn. This will ensure consistent and safe burn and helps minimize
soot.
-Keep candles away from small children and pets all the time.
-Never leave a burning candle unattended
-Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours
-Ensure that every burn melts the wax to a full melt pool to avoid tunneling.
-After every burn, let the candle cool down to room temperature before you trim the wick again for
the next burn. This ensures
stable flame and minimizes soot.
-Stop use when ¼ inch of wax remains or glass may crack, leading to a fire.
-Keep lit candles away from air vents, air conditioners, drafts, fans, open windows, flammable objects
, and other heat sources.
-Never touch glass after the candle is lit.
-Make sure you have enough candles for the fragrance to permeate the room.
-Never use water or any other liquid to extinguish your candle. Use a Candle extinguisher.

Shipping time

The current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. Your order will ship 3 to 5 Business days after the order is placed. Please note shipping times are not the same as processing times. Shipping time will be additional time after processing time to arrive at your final destination. With the current Pandemic Scenario, we do not have any control over shipping once it leaves our studio.
