1950s buying Alexander Kins doll in tagged outfit

Straight leg walker doll, approximately 8 inches tall, blue grey sleeper eyes and blonde/light brown. She is marked ALEX on the back.
The outfit is tagged Alexander Kins by Madame Alexander. There is staining and discoloration on various components, and a large tear in her skirt. Please see images for details.
