Our processing time is 1-2 weeks before shipment. This varies depending on our workload. Please take into consideration that this does not reflect shipping time. If you wish to upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3days or USPS Express you may do at checkout.

If you wish to shorten the processing time, please purchase a rush fee this will ensure I will work overtime to ensure your order is finished as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 days after purchase. if you do so please also send us a message to be sure I can accommodate.

NO RETURNS. Because of the nature of our pieces being handmade and made to order we do not accept returns.

EXCHANGES. We accept exchanges for different size only.

*STEPS*
-Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges should be received by us within 7 days buying of delivery. Buyer must provide us a tracking number of the return. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.

-Please place a new order for the size you wish to exchange your exchange for.

-Once we receive the dress back, we will issue you a refund for that order minus the shipping fee. Item should be returned in its original form.

CANCELLATION. we accept cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot accept cancellation after 24 hours because once your order is placed, after 24 hours our process of cutting the fabric for your order begins.
