This chintz pattern is called Crazy Paving made by James Kent Fenton Ltd made in England.
When you look closely at this pattern, you'll see many different bouquets of flowers. Look closely at the handle, it's 3 dimensional with raised rose buds. Great condition with no chips cracks or crazing.
