The stones are probably glass.
LARGE WRIST - This bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches around the inside when closed. It is buying 18.5 mm wide. The clasp and chain might be an extender, but it is soldered together, so if you wanted to make the bracelet smaller, you would have to cut the chain links.

It is marked 925 on the clasp, but I also used acid testing on the bracelet itself to determine that it is sterling silver. See pictures of the test. It turned a bright red which indicates sterling. Nickel would have turned dark green or black. Guaranteed sterling.
