No one piece is alike as no person is the same. Sparrow Song strives for individuality and caters to our patrons on a one on one basis.

Custom, Requests and Commissions:

Layaway requires 10% down payment and must be paid off before 2 months or 60 days. No refunds after 30 days.

Reserves place in a buyers name must be paid off within 2 months or 60 days, this is the maximum.

I love commissions. Buyer places 20% down prior start of projects unless other arrangements are made.

Custom Orders must be paid in full prior to start of project, especially if and when designer pays for all supplies.

Buyer pays supply cost prior to start of project or 20% unless other arrangements are made prior to start of project.

Buyer may supply their own wire or stone prior to start of project.

All projects are finished with a reasonable time frame of no more than one week upon reception of materials or down payment.

Payments for requests, commissions, custom work must be paid in full within 20 days after completion unless buyer and seller make arrangements prior to start of project.

Returns & exchanges:

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

I don't accept exchanges - But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged - Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders

Conditions of return - Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
