Vintage Neiman Marcus (Japan) CERAMIC OWL PLANTER / Very Good Condition / 8-1/4" buying x 5-3/4" / Cool Succulent Planter / Bouquet Vase / Fab Find

Very retro 70s cool, very retro unique and very retro fabulous!

Manufactured in Japan by Neiman-Marcus in the 70s, this rare and very unique Ceramic Owl Planter, is in very good condition, with no chips, nicks, repairs or discolorations. It is clean inside and out, and appears to have been used only for display. This stunning, iconically styled designed Planter, featuring an Owl at rest, has an overall matte glaze in a cool light brown shade. Those fabulously large, indented brown, white and black Owl Eyes are completed in a shiny glaze, as are the textured areas simulating feathers in the Owl's wings and tail.

Measures 8-1/4" from buying end to end, 5-3/4" tall and 6" deep. The planting area measures 3-1/2" across and 3" wide. This beauty comes with a bonus - its has a pre-drilled drainage hole that comes with a plastic plug - so this cool piece can also be used as a small bouquet Vase is desired! Still retains its original paper label marked "NEIMAN-MARCUS JAPAN".
